I am a holistic wellness practitioner who blends modern somatic psychology with ancient healing modalities to support deep healing and personal growth. My approach integrates Hakomi-based mindful somatic psychotherapy, Ayurveda, yoga, psychedelic ceremony integration, end-of-life doula services, and the wisdom of nature. Together, these practices form a comprehensive framework that fosters holistic well-being and transformation.
My journey into this work began in environmental consulting, where I realized that true environmental change is deeply tied to human healing. This insight led me to step away from my career and take a sabbatical in Baja, where I confronted my own misalignments and pursued a personal wellness journey. Through vipassana meditation, Ayurveda, and intensive yoga training, I found greater balance while continuing to work in wellness entrepreneurship and vacation property management.
With over a decade of experience in mind-body practices, I now specialize in holistic mental health, offering support to individuals navigating anxiety, grief, depression, end-of-life transitions, climate and health-related anxieties, spiritual expansion, and psychedelic integration. I am particularly passionate about working with those experiencing complex grief—whether from the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, life transitions, or the state of the environment.
